THE CENTER FOR SPACE

STAR HARBOR  is building the world’s first publicly accessible spaceflight preparation facility and cutting-edge research and development campus for emerging technologies.

We integrate comprehensive astronaut training programs, technology development and validation resources, pioneering aerospace medicine services, and end-to-end payload integration and operations support.

Empowering a vibrant ecosystem for Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math (STEAM) education and workforce development for the public, government, academic, and commercial space industry sectors is at the heart of our mission.

Solving for Space
Solves for Earth

Our vision is to foster a sustainable and thriving future for all those on and off the planet.

Our mission is to catalyze advancements in space and technology, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible to help solve our most urgent problems here on Earth – for the benefit of humanity.

access for all

  • We believe the minds and technologies that solve our challenges in space will help solve our most pressing challenges here on Earth.

  • We believe we can enable more solutions through a thriving culture of collaboration, cross-pollination, and diversity by establishing an environment where all explorers, students, trainees, researchers, government, military, industry, and entrepreneurs work together.

  • This is why we are creating affordable public access to vital space infrastructure, testing environments, and training facilities necessary for spaceflight preparation and the rapid development and deployment of impactful technologies.

LOCATION: Colorado (Earth)

STAR HARBOR  is situated in the heart of Colorado, home to the largest private aerospace economy per capita in the United States.

OUR CAMPUS

Our 53-acre campus is located in Lone Tree, Colorado.
We’re just 25 minutes south of Denver, right off I-25 and with easy access via the RTD rail system.

We offer custom astronaut certification programs and provide payload development, testing, and technology readiness levels (TRLs) validation.

This is made possible by our in-house space training apparatus, which are traditionally difficult or impossible for the public to access, unlike at our campus where they will be conveniently co-located.
